Free Shipping

We provide free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

Free Local Pickup

Free Local Pickup is offered only to customers who are located within the vicinity of our pickup locations in the Greenville and Simpsonville, SC areas at this time. Customers who select this Shipping Option at Checkout will be notified once items are ready for pickup and will be responsible for picking up those items within the Pickup Window specified at time of notification. If customer does not pick up items within the Pickup Window, Loggerhead Apparel reserves the right to automatically charge the original Payment Method the full amount for shipping to the provided Shipping Address on the original order, and automatically ship the items without further notification. This allows us to keep our work flow moving, and ensures we get you the products you want in a timely manner.

Return Shipping

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels on returns unless the item you received is defective, or if we sent the item to you in error. Exemptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, and we will always do everything in our power to make it right for you. We do ship new items on an exchange for free, but customers are responsible for paying to return the item to Loggerhead Apparel for exchange.
